Howl-O-Ween Fest in Atlantic Station This Saturday!

If you’re looking for family fun this weekend, Howl-O-Ween in Atlantic Station will have tons of it. You can even bring along the family pet! Radio Disney will be kicking off the party in Central Park with carnival games and face painting. At 2pm, there will be a doggie costume contest. At 4pm there will be a kiddie costume contest. Trick-or-treat will commence at 5pm. Bring everyone in their festive Halloween gear on Saturday and have a ball!
For Halloween: BLACK Walls
When you think of wonderful interior design, you might not think of walls painted black. In fact, that sounds pretty creepy. Here are a few examples of black walls done right (at least according to me). It’s possible to incorporate black into a lot of different styles, though at first people might think you’re crazy. It’s all about white or colorful accents and lots of natural light.

What Are Your Plans for Halloween?

via Diana's Neighborhood
So, the scariest night of the year is approaching and I was wondering what everyone is up to this weekend! It’s kind of funky since it’s on a Sunday. Will you be celebrating Friday, Saturday or just all weekend? I can’t wait to hand out candy to kids in our sub. Definitely sprung for the brand name candy, so I’m sure we’ll be one of the favorite houses of the night. In honor of the upcoming holiday, here are my favorite animal costumes I’ve seen online:
These are all both adorable and ridiculous. My dogs would definitely not stand for this kind of torture, so I have to live vicariously through others.
Park Tavern’s Spiralween Party
Park Tavern (The Piedmont Room) in Midtown will be the site of Atlanta’s Spiralween Bash, featuring live music by The Greeks. The party will be held on two levels with a heated tent and patio area. The costume contest will have two $500 prizes, so come dressed to impress. Party starts at 9pm and lasts until 2:30am. Right now the tickets are just $20, but the price will increase, so check it out here.
