Ashbrook Crossing apartments, located at 1600 Tibarron Pkwy. in Smyrna, are not only attractive, but offer spacious studio, one or two bedroom apartments in the Vinings area. If you are unfamiliar with the Smyrna/Vinings area, it is just a few minutes from the heart of Atlanta. “Curb appeal” is the first thing that comes to my mind when thinking about Smyrna, as it has tree-lined streets and plenty of boutiques and shopping, though it is still near to I-285 for easy access to Downtown Atlanta.
The Ashbrook Crossing community boasts a pool, extensive landscaping, two lighted tennis courts, full gym and controlled access gates.
Available amenities include walk-in closets, washer/dryer hook-ups, and stainless steel appliances.
There are four floor plans to choose from:
The Retreat, 650 sq. ft., 1 bed and 1 bath – $499
The Aspen, 800 sq. ft., 1 bed and 1 bath – $564
The Glenwood, 950 sq. ft., 2 beds and 1 bath – $599
The Summitt, 1100 sq. ft., 2 beds and 2 baths – $630

Arlington Digs: Arlington Oaks
Arlington Oaks apartments, located at 1111 Honeysuckle Way, is an apartment community with affordable one bedroom floor plans in Central Arlington, just minutes from Six Flags over Texas and UT-Arlington. Application fees are just $40 and deposits are only $50-150, so it is easy to become a tenant here. The community features include manicured lawns, a swimming pool, business center, picnic area and tennis court.
Amenities in each unit include ceiling fans, patio/balcony, alarm system and dishwasher. Other amenities that are available include a fireplace, garden tub, valuted ceilings and crown molding. Schools nearby are Lamar High School, Nichols Junior High and Webb Elementary.
There are five floor plans to choose from with one bedroom and one bathroom. Square footage ranges from 556-914 and the rent ranges from $500-745.
Dogs up to 100 lbs. and cats (2 pets total) are allowed in this complex. There is a $250 pet fee and some breed restrictions. Smyrna Apartments: Vinings Corner
Vinings Corner Apartments, located at 2101 Paces Ferry Rd., might be the perfect place for you if you’re looking for apartments in Smyrna. They offer eight floorplans with one or two bedrooms with rent ranging from $708-979. Vinings Corner is currently offering a referral deal: for every referral, you will receive $200 after that person has lived there for longer than 60 days.
Amenities include a cardio workout center, dog run/park, four tennis courts, recycling center, 24-hour maintenance, pool and a picnic area. Each unit features a fireplace, dishwasher, oversized closets, garbage disposal, high ceilings and washer/dryer hook-ups. 12 and 6-month leases are available.
Pets are allowed, including dogs of all sizes.

Smyrna, located just 10 miles northwest of Atlanta, has a reputation for being relaxed, family-oriented and natural. Concord Crossing apartment complex, with its ample woods and convenient location, makes it a perfect option for people looking to get out of the congested traffic of Atlanta.
