I just saw these delicious treats via Access Atlanta, and was simply dying. There is shaved ice underneath all those fabulous garnishes. Now I’m craving one. If you are too, you can grab one of these babies at SunO in Duluth (or Norcross, Decatur and Athens). John Kessler raves that it is “the cotton candy of snow cones.”
