This sofa is listed on Craigslist for $250, the cocktail ottoman for $140 (retailing at Target for $246) and the chair is also for sale (but has not been priced yet).  Overall, this seems like a very good buy if everything is in good condition.  The seller lives in Cabbagetown, so you can check out the full Craigslist post to contact the seller before venturing out there.
